Italia. Costruzione che viene appoggiata dai proprietari delle terre vogliono costruire nuove case sui propri terreni per acquisire piu denaro. (meglio: “dai proprietari delle aree motivati dalla prospettiva di far quattrini nella fase di grande espansione di Roma Capitale”)

TASKS FOR THE NEXT WEEK

1909: viene approvato il nuovo piano redatto per il Sindaco Nathan da Edmondo Sanjust di Teulada, capo del Genio Civile di Milano .
Notare come l’asse della via Flaminia separi ad ovest una zona di nuovi insediamenti intensive ("buildings"), and a green area to the east is intended to "cottages" and "gardens".

Il grazioso regalo dell’Auditorium ai cittadini romani sara’ in seguito realizzato in una fetta di verde pubblico originariamente destinata a saldarsi con Villa Glori e Villa Ada, gran parte della quale e’ oggi asfaltata e destinata a parcheggio. Domanda: le sale da concerto dell’Auditorium sono spazio pubblico?
